My VPS is not booting!

There is a known bug in SolusVM with root passwords containing special characters such as spaces or any of the following symbols: #'@;:/<>,.!"£$%^&*¬`¦|"=-+_.

If you have used those symbols in your password, it is more than likely that this bug is causing your VPS not to respond, since SolusVM doesn't deploy the VPS correctly. It also limits passwords to 8 characters, so you can set a simple password on signup and once you've logged into the server via SSH you can use the "passwd" command to change your root password to a more complex one.

The root password can also be changed from the VPS management panel.
