How do I set my rDNS/reverse DNS?

We do not have an automated solution at this time to set the reverse DNS for servers. In order to set your reverse DNS you will have to submit a ticket to get it processed manually. You will need to include the IP and the hostname you would like the rDNS to resolve to. We usually process this within 24-48 hours.
